Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
Thank you for your thoughts. I think there are a number of investors who are from early on that are very surprised at how the market is valuing Zenyatta. We can accept that graphite is early on and investors do not understand graphite, also, so much misinformation has been generated to confuse as well and make them cautious. All this is no excuse for a lack of investigation by serious investors. So it leaves me wondering about the market's valuation. In all my years in the markets ( 1965 ) I have never seen a stock with so much potential sell for this type of discount.
I emailed the company over a week ago and asked about share structure. We know there are about 60 million shares outstanding once options are included. I asked if the treasury had shares. I have had no reply.
My thinking is along the lines of an offer where a partner buys an interest in Zenyatta and builds a processing plant with that money. If something like this happens shares from the treasury could finance the deal. Otherwise, a special meeting could be held to proceed down this road. I know I am looking ahead, perhaps too far, but they must look forward as well because things can happen very quickly when this much value is selling in the markets too cheaply.
The company cannot do much about how the markets react to news. So I would expect AE and company proceed towards their goal, as they seem to be doing, and wait for the markets to wake up. I'm sure they will. Thankfully, we have not needed financing. I am not in the camp that we should grease the brokers. Zenyatta will make it without them and whatever efforts are made to slow the progress.
The wait will reward the patient ones.
