Hello f TN,

The impurity would be an issue for any explorer/miner. But this will come out in a PEA, or NRs. Sometimes, impurities are stated in NRs (wrt the composition of the samples), but the company would tend not to spend too much time on them. Often, they would be burried in the table full of small numbers for readers to discover. For graphite, high sulphur content is one to watch for, not only because of its toxicity but it would be easily seen if the waste is released into streams (can be seen easily with naked eyes).

It's true that an explorer like ZEN does not need to deal with the EA paperwork and analysis to get the required permits (e.g. those for the waste treatment and the MCP), but in the PEA and/or BFS some general statements with some supporting facts must be provided to give potential suitors (and others) some idea about the impurity contents and the potential effects, if any, since these would be considered as material information, at least in my opinion.

ZEN SP @ $2.32 is too low in my book (it was almost $5 a few months ago) and if Confucious were right then we would expect a steady climb after all this tax loss activities.

BTW, I would let most of my shares go @ between 10 and 20. But $15 would seem like a reasonable number.
