The Good - unique hydrothermal carbon deposit that can be cheaply refined to over 99% purity. Lined up for a sale to a major (the Conoco Phillips hire was a coup).

The Bad - as you stated "East Pipe 17.6 MT’s? How did we lose 100M on the Width?" "Everybody" was predicting over 60M tons of resource. It may still be there but more drilling will be needed to define it.

The Ugly- yesterdays's price action. I guess that many felt disappointed in the lower reesource estimate and bailed.

This is still a $10.00 plus buy-out. I think that I'll hang in there for the pay-off.
