1 Mr. Eveleigh what Zenyatta for a company and what kind of background it?

Zenyatta went to the stock exchange in December 2010 and took ten million dollars to 60 cents per share. Although the company was looking for copper and nickel, a very rare and extremely pure graphite deposit was discovered in the years 2011/2012. The occurrence is unique and very large. There is a small mine of the same kind in Sri Lanka, which is part of the German Graphit Kropfmühl AG.









2 They specialize with your company on graphite. Could you describe this market segment in more detail?

Due to the extremely pure graphite, which we have obtained using a cheap and simple method, the company targets the high-quality synthetic graphite market. This is a 13-billion-dollar market. The price-range of this substance reaches 7000-30000 dollars per ton, depending on its use. The market has been driven in recent years by the field of clean technologies (ie lithium-ion and vanadium batteries, fuel cells, pebble bed reactors, electronic devices, grapheme, etc.).

3 Can you summarize the benefits of the project for us?

It is the largest and only highly pure (hydrothermal) graphite deposits in the world, which is currently being developed. It is located near the surface, is easily accessible and there is a good infrastructure. Metallurgical tests performed by SGS Lakefield, revealed in the aforementioned simple and cheap method, a carbon purity of 99.99 percent.

4 The infrastructure can be a major cost factor. Will this also be the case for Zenyatta or is it already?

The infrastructure is very good and will keep costs low. The project is located in Ontario, Canada, approximately 30 kilometers north of the Trans-Canada Highway. Train connection, power connection and gas pipeline are within 30 kilometers of a Forstbetriebsweg as well, which is located five kilometers from the deposit.

5 How far you are before your scheduled timetable and you are still "in"?

The project is on schedule in accordance with our raw material release (43-101), which will take place in September / October 2013. A preliminary economic assessment will be issued shortly and it started in the first quarter of 2014.

6 Will you lead your project to the production stage itself?

It's too early to say this. We have been approached by many companies that are in the downward movement. We could probably get a strategic partner on board, if that would make economic sense for Zenyatta.

7 In graphite as well as in lithium-area purchasing agreements are very important. What is the location for your business?

Due to the enormous importance of Zenyatta graphite occurrence we could include both supply contracts, strategic partners to bring, as well as sell the deposits. We must continue to promote the project some more steps before these decisions can be made. The resource and the preliminary economic assessment will be the key catalysts of the company. They are absolutely necessary before any serious decisions about companies that are in decline, will take place.

8 You have an American company as an investor on your side (Cliffs Natural Resources) - what is their goal?

Cliffs Natural Resources has invested in Zenyatta because of our copper-nickel projects. Cliffs has five million shares in us, so about nine percent. Although we have found instead a very rare occurrence graphite, Cliffs considered our development very closely. All leaders are interested in very large and first-class deposits, regardless of the own product range.



9 They are one of the few highlights on the public markets. What we can look forward in the next six or twelve months?

Yes, we are the center of attention since the PDAC in Toronto this year. We were honored last year by the Canadian TSX-V as resource companies with the best performance. We have also recently won the "Discovery of the Year Award" in Ontario. We will continue to drill and mark out the size of the resource, which should be done in September / October. Zenyatta will also talk about the economic situation, as soon as the preliminary economic assessment has been completed.

10th Your company has an overwhelming history. How can benefit from German investors?
