Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
"As RapidRobert put it, I am a positive thinker so take this with a grain of salt, but I think our take over value with be close to $20 based on those profit margins and proving up enough ore for a 20 year LOM with 100k tons per annum of production"
Well I'd say you are more than positive with no offense intended. Even if your numbers add up I don't see a premium like that being offered. There just isn't any history there with that pricing to support it. So, the only way it could be offered is if there was a huge bidding war but it wouldn't surprise me if a few of the larger players got together to make sure that there wasn't one given the circumstances. Do I see the value there as you describe?...... in theory yes but in the practice of the biz world I would have a hard time seeing it coming to pass. I'm also not convinced that enoughs shares are in safe hands to ward off a lower bid which could be gobbled up by those looking for fast gain. I read an article that commented on how long the average bidder stayed with a stock and the numbers were at historic lows. The market is a very different place from just a few short years ago. I suspect most would walk away happy with as much as $10 or as low as $5 or $6. Consider those that got in under a buck and that's quite a healthy and respectable gain. I think we might be surprised at how many would take no encouragement to accept that. In the mean time I'll participate in your fantasy and hope that it comes to fruition while we sit and wonder how much lower will it go below 1.70.
I remember commenting either here or on Chief about how it will likely drop from 1.90ish with the loss of momentum. Others disagreed saying there is still enough buying to keep it up there, which is fine, but here we are, and I'd say there were those at work looking to hurt us and try to trip out as many stops as they can to pick up more shares.....hmmmmm, I wonder why and whose hands those votes are winding up in. Again, it was said that the total float has been traded within the last while. Who are the newest of the owners and what do they think of a fast and early sell?
