Yep, I read Hoov's report and I don't suggest anything nefarious...just possibilities. We all know that mining and the related exploration is very technical and challenging hence the challenge of determining what will happen and when. It's a shot in the dark. I'm quite confident of what seems likely to be in the ground...it's the human element or effort that is the variable.
