Hello Glorieux
Is the location of this hole right in the middle between holes 5 and 9? Or, they used the same collar at hole #8 (and point it the other way, i.e. south, note: this is just a speculation). Any best guess or actual info would be appreciated.
They core pictures show similar appearance to those of holes 5 and 10. So, somebody on the other board said that the grade is most likely over 4%.
But it's difficult to eyeball and deliver an accurate verdict, unless you have one of those portable little thingy (XRF spectrometer) that can be pointed at the core surface to have sort of numerical reading from the machine analysis software). Geos have used these in the field, but I am not sure if the XFR machines are accurate enough for graphite at low concentration. If there is a good chunk on the surface then perhaps it can be used to tell if that is a good chunk or not (lump graphite should have a better reading than graphitic overprint, and must be better than host rock).
Perhaps they can have a rush order for some analysis results for impatient shareholders.
