Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications

Free
Message: New presentation for the PDAC that starts on Friday

The presentation is at about a correct level. Just stating the fact, e.g. high purity achieved from SGS tests, rather than over-promise, hype, etc... Note that Slide 17 has a summary of various types of graphite and ZEN intends to compete with Synthetic (rather than downgrading Flake Graphite, which has its niche in other applications). There is enough room for all kinds of graphite, as long as the operation is profitable.

Graphene has the potential to be the next big thing, but if this happens then it will be at least 10 years from now. I would say, if ZEN has the tonnage of this high purity stuff then company can make a lot of money for the shareholders, in the next few years, say 3-5 years.

Most of the graphene discussions (by other small companies) contain more hype than achievement. We should leave this topic for the big boyz such as SamSung, IBM, etc..which has budgets for graphene R&D in the order of billions of dollars. ZEN is just too small to divert its attention from digging the stuff up, purify and sell it for good profit.

If graphene production requires our high purity graphite, then people will line up at the door and pay top dollars for it.

In my opinion, if ZEN gave an update on the drill program at PDAC, especially some additional drill results that would indicate an expansion of the deposit either at the current breccia pipe or at other pipes, then this update would help propelling the SP.
