I initially thought this was bad as would delay accent to $1 was hoping for by Dec 23,,,

BUT, a much smarter investor than I pointed out that it's great news because it will prevent brokerages from getting in on a cheap PP(maybe Cliffs thought that too, haha), so now we have 6 months more to let purity grades get us up to $1, and everyone must buy on the open market now which may cause a buying spree,,,
