With a yield over 11% (based on the future dividend, not the current distribution) this still looks like a real winner going forward for the next few years.

Despite some negative comments by a few analysts/commentators I continue to keep this in my income portfolio and add to it on dips along with AVF.un and SRV.un.

Income baby, income! A nice capital gain wouldn't hurt either, but years and years of decent dividend payments are my preference.
