Ok, I'll be second. I have owned this stock for many years. Have averaged down to a cost now around $7.00. Am thinking of averaging down my cost again, now that the distribution is secure for the rest of this year, and the dividend after that seems very good too.

I'll wait a bit, as I suspect the stock will drift lower. But I do believe it to be a solid play with an excellent payout.
