I think the offers are weak.

I think that when this cracks the 1.00 it'll go. That being said, 1.00 in a psychological barrier as is the case with most round numbers.

On a fundamental level, XEL is being valued at some ridiculous price like less than $5/barrel in the ground.

So, take note, the MKT is 0.94 by 0.98, last at .94 on 12,600 shares today.
