he has owned this shell since 96 and in 04 rolled its predecessor, jaba res 10/1.  This left 4.8 mill out. i surmise he had a good portion. 4 years later and 4 million shares longer a dealhas been acquired.the stock has been accumulated for those four years and is very tight. i suspect a float less than a million shares, and no one with a chunk, except a fellow wwf guy . Paul is a mega money maker and has a devote following of ivvestors, brokers and news letter writers which are all well heeled. he has waited a long time to do this and the pzzle is nearlycomplete. i expect  it to be game on within 2 to max 6 mos.a 5er is realistic

this stock will sing, as there is no resistence and a team,of veterans   a small investment of 5000 shares may yield handsome rewards
