Well it looks like Chicago was hit with a huge snow storm last week. The forecast was 18-24 inches which challenged the record set back in 1967. This storm is the 4th largest in the city's history. There will be many people digging out of this one for weeks to come. We just got hit with another 3 inches today. Speaking of digging, I did some digging of my own. Is anyone familiar with the business phrase "winding up petition"? This is significant and relevant !!!
