I wouldnt call the board being alive again. Its just somebody saying the stock will trade at A penny if it comes back but they want to sell it at 28 cents. Why would anyone pay 28 cents a shares when I am sure they can buy all they want for a nickel and get a warrant as well. Maybe that person should try selling what he is smoking.
