I just hope MF knows how to negotiated a $5 billion dollar deal. It's not as if he has a long list of successful experience make multi-billion dollar deals. Did MF take a lawyer to London or someone savvy enough to cut a good deal? Maybe dealing with Devereau does not require experience or a lawyer. Maybe all you need is a license to build a refinery, and an agreement to say you have feedstock.
