When a businessman such as Ardeshir Beilklik subscribes foir a private placement in British Columbia they are required to fill out and sign a subscription agreement

A certified cheque, money order or wire transfer payable in favor of Winfield Resources provides a lasting paper trail to this trasnsaction

Despite his allegations, Winfield has never recieved any monies from said party
