I think that MF would want to expand the company payroll to include a CEO CFO CIT etc. etc. etc., then he could concentrate on the deal making and engineering. Right now he's worried about keeping the lights burning.

Is he being testy? You're darn tootin he's testy. Every day trading is delayed is another day closer to the next reporting requirement! It's a cycle he doesn't dare climb off of! I for one, hope that for all our sakes, he has the stamina to keep at it.
