"it is up to BCSC" is a strange response unless it means all financial statements have been submitted and WWF management is waiting for a response from BCSC.

If that were the case RR would have posted something like "Yippee ki-yay the FS are complete and it the hands of BCSC, we wait for their response"

I think WWF is having some difficulties filling the PP.
