CNSX UPDATE
The following are the steps left to achieve the lising:
1. Complete the $100,000 private placement under the BCSC Partial Revocation Order.
2. Complete and file the audited financials and MD&A for the year ended March 31, 2009.
3. Complete and file the interim financial and MD&A for the three months ended June 30, 2009 and six months ended September 30, 2009.
4. Apply for a full revocation of the CTO from the BCSC.
5. Complete a private placement to give the Company $50,000 in working capital.
6. Update and re-file listing documentation with the CNSX.
7. Obtain conditional approval for listing from CNSX.
8. File final listing documentation with the CNSX.
