Careful, careful, oh so careful.

For the last 72 hours we have all been waiting for what was called an update to the shareholders, no not a NR but merely an update. As of two hours ago, we were told that “As of this afternoon he (Foley) has no paperwork as was promised him (Foley) and cannot act irresponsibly and issue the news anyway.”

I for one applaud Foley for not putting out any information UNLESS there is a document or documents to backup his statement.

Truth is, isn’t that what got us into trouble in the first place, Lack of supporting documentation?

Here again, our CEO is being oh so careful as to when to release updates on our company. SO WHAT if we wait let’s say another week or two, or would you rather have another CTO slapped on the company and the shareholders.

I know for a fact that Foley does not read these blogs, so I’m not concerned about what he thinks about my post. (BTW I will forward it to him for him to digest).

Look at the positives; where we are today. Yes I said the positives. A year ago (ok over a year ago) we had the CTO slapped on us for failure to file the financials for the respective periods. The audited financials for Dec 2007 and the interim financials for March 2008, June 2008, September 2008 and December 31 2008 have been filed along with the MD&A. Since we satisfied this requirement, (these requirements) the CTO was lifted, yet we trade not, and will not until we satisfy the listing requirement for the CNSX.

Truth is, I am ecstatic at this point that we are not trading and will not be trading on the NEX, but will see new life on the CNSX. No I am not privy to the “updates” only know that while we’re here, Foley is working the necessary documents to share with us.

I had a p.m. from a shareholder (won’t mention the name as it doesn’t matter) but yes July 31, next Friday the financials are due for period ending March 31, 2009 . Here I can tell you that I personally spoke with Foley about this, and the issue is being addressed.

Pivotal day July 31, 2009 , yes indeed for that matter everyday is pivotal. Yet I understand the CEO’s “Careful, careful, oh so careful” approach. Pumping no, realistic, yes, elated YOU BET YA.
