REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDERS AND PROPOSED $500,000 FINANCING

Winfield Resources Limited (“Winfield”) (WWF.H:TSXV) announced today that effective July 17th, 2009 the BCSC and the ASC have revoked their cease trade orders.

Winfield also announced today a proposed private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and a warrant to purchase an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of two years from closing of the private placement. The proceeds from the private placement will be used to pay down trade debt and meet the working capital requirements of the CNSX.

Winfield’s primary business is the engineering, procurement, construction and management of crude oil refineries. Winfield’s intended business includes the building, owning and operating of one or more oil refineries in Northern Africa.
