I cannot belive a year has passed... time flies... so is Q4 2008 FS and MDA the last to be released before CTO is lifted? Also when is the 2008 Audited FS due? The reason I ask is that after Q4 comes out, will the 2008 FS Audited be the next issue (excuse) BCSC will use to extend the halt? Or do we have some time to complete those?
