I agree! And as much as I respect RR, I think that a switch to the Pink's would have caused a shareholder rebellion the likes of which has never been seen before! Based on Goldie's information, the taxation would have happend *at book value*!! In a sense, I am lucky, because I averaged-down like crazy during the last drop (so in fact, I only need a 0.03 rise now to make a profit!), but for anyone who was simply holding the stock... crap!!

yeah... w.r.t. shareholder happiness, I think MF made the right call in this case :-)

but what do I know? i can't tell the difference between my arse and an oil well ;-)
