The Commission Staff have reviewed the 2007 Audited Financial Statements and the four Quarters of 2008.
We anticipate the BCSC approving the financials for SEDAR filing tomorrow.
That being the case Winfield will SEDAR file the financials and issue a News Release.
The BCSC and the Alberta Securities Commission will then lift the Cease Trade Orders.
