I would think MF would simply photocopy an exisitng 'How WWF will build a refinery' document. Hopefully, at this point of the game, a document does not have to be written.

IMO, the biggest challenge in front of WWF and shareholders is MF. The next step for WWF, once we ever start trading, is for MF to turn WWF into a real company - one with an organization structure. MF has been the loan wolf of WWF for many years. To raise millions and to have millions in cash, A/P and A/R you need people - not just consultants. Hmmm. The last Controller he picked did not work out.
