If you've spent anytime on google earth checking out the new areas of your own neighbourhoods....You'll noice how under-developed the land looks. Google earth updates it images about every 3 years. Depending on the popluarity of the area.

We can safely assume that this image of the NOC ras lanuf refinery, ras lanuf port and the site for the proposed area for Winfield's licensed planned refinery is between 2-3 yrs old.

It would be pretty sweet to see up to date pictures of the area.
