who else would vote for an official update from the company, so that everyone would know what is going on, no more guessing good or bad... 'innuendo' or rumors...

there's been talk about the shareholders having some power to hold the auditors to task regarding the bill, maybe we should also exercise that power to ask for an official update from the co.?
