We await either the cheques to clear, or the physical cheques from six of the over 20 placees from the recent 5c offering that has been completed. I do not know what the cheques total, nor the problems related to this matter.

The auditor holds on to these financials awaiting full payment. STILL. Therefore the BCSC does not have them on file to the best of my newly acquired knowledge

This info is all I have been able to confirm to this point, until Mr Foley returns from Alberta.

I cannot nor will not comment nor make any assumptions of when this will be finalised until I have more information from source.No speculation, no guess...so dont ask. I too am tired, but remain optomistic

Note that our president is unavailable by phone till the weekend as he entertains our guests from overseas. I hope that the company will issue a 'state of the union' NR soon
