Look at it from a different view. Will there be enough demand for WWF to keep it at .05 or .10? In the current market conditions, it will take a lot of pumping to keep WWF above the waterline.
Until WWF has real tangible assets that the general investor believes in, pricing will be a struggle. MF knows it. That is why the big push for EOR.
I am guessing once the EOR is complete, there willl be serious NR's to move the stock in $$ to float more shares. Getting financing for refineries is one thing, big issue is a good supply of working capital. Oil does not flow from EOR overnight.
Unless there is a long list of outstanding NRs that MF is sitting on, this stock will not move dramatically upward on opening. But eventually, it will.
