I have many things to remember about 2008, (some I would even want to forget), so let's start off 2009 on the right foot.

Let's make a New Years Resolution that in 2009

* the financials for Dec. 31 2007 will be filed

* the financials for the First, Second, and Third Quarter 2008 will be filed

* we are trading on the current or any exchange

* the company considers appointing a new CA, and CFO and that the future financial statements will be filed in a timely manner.
