Soon we will all be receiving a proxy where you have an opportunity to vote for /or against certain issues posed by management.
Here is where Democracy comes into play. You and only you can decide how to vote on the issues. This is almost like what the elections are facing in the States. You can vote for one or the other option, or not at all.
