Well, I for one thank Roy for posting this information, even though I remain incredibly skeptical over all that any of that will come to fruition. What possible reason would Roy have to post this if not to only try and post what he knows right now... Is he pumping? Oh.. no.. the stock is halted, so that can't be it.

Regardless of what is said on this board between now and then, I think we all know now what will happen if or when this resumes trading. If there is no substantially concrete news before then or accompanying the financials or resumption, we will be lucky to be trading at .01, and the NEX board will explode because of the volume of sales.

Same scenario if the news is anything other than financing, i.e. another refinery build in and even smaller country perhaps! Those who are angry at the information in Roy's post must have wayyyy too much invested in this incredibly high risk play.
