Financials...They are in the auditors hands. There is nothing wrong,suspicious nor criminal...they will be done and submitted as soon as the auditor completes them. Speculation as to when is just that

Funding...myself and Mr foley are pursuing different avenues to exercise the 15c wts available. This is the easiest and least restrictive financing available at this time and of MF's preference. Wt price is 15c
