....40 percent of the project will be equity financing. If each refinery is about $4billion, WWF has to raise about $3.6 billion in equity. There is no way WWF can raise that kind of money at current SP. I am guessing we will see a huge jump in price if all comes together in the next 90 days - $3 to $5.
