Dear Mr. Foley,

I hope your day is going well, and the weather is holding up, because in the Midwest in the States, we're up to our knees in water as the rains have reeked havoc and the rivers cannot hold all this rainwater. Several levee's have give way and cities and towns are underwater.

Just as we're knee deep in water, you and your management team must be up to your neck in paperwork, trying to finalize the audited financial statements before the June 29 deadline.

As in some areas in the midwest where water has receded, I'm hoping that the piles of paperwork surrounding you have depleted.

Can you shed some light on the status of the Audited Financial Statements for 2007?
