Thank you Gumby – that was a very clever post. I’m still aboard, and in fact I encouraged a friend to joint me on the ride. (I told her it was a crap shoot first before she bought it). I told her there might be some detours along the way, but she is fine with that too. Every time the price goes down I seem to buy more. I groaned a little today that I didn’t have any extra cash to buy any more (at $.125) after buying other stocks but thought to myself, “You have more than enough to make you very rich now.” I feel sorry for those people who sold at those levels. Say, what if really good news comes out a week later and the price really goes up! I’d be kicking myself for sure. No – I’m here for the long haul. Hopefully the shares that were sold today will go into stronger hands.
I think some people on the board should remember the phrase from the infomercial “Set it and forget it.” - and “A watched pot never boils” With extra cash these days I’ve been buying and selling other stocks (I’m not a day trader, just a person who is managing my RRSP.) Because WWF is at the bottom of my screen on Stockscreen I tend to even forget to look at it most of the time as I know if there is news I will hear about it right away on this forum. Someone else here said that we longs are not here for the pennies but the dollars. That is the way I feel. I have way more invested here than my bank manager would like me to have, but I feel that this my kick at the can and the dangers of losing it are worth it to me versus the money it will gain when it comes through. In the meantime I go on with my life as I know other investors here do and “set it and forget it”. I do agree with other posters who say to the naysayers that you should get out if you are getting so antsy about it. You should not have invested in something so extremely risky if you are going to whine about it.
Anyway, good luck to everyone and let our ship come in, or as Gumby would say, “Let’s get the train to the destination.”
Goldie
