Decisions

It is the shareholders responsibility to stay informed on investments. Information such as what are the major milestones ongoing projects, strategies for financing, expansion, time lines ...? The more information we have the easier it is for shareholder to evaluate their investment and make decisions on holding, selling, credibility . Unfortunately it is very hard to get good, detailed information on WWF projects. The website says little. Once in a while we get a news release but investors doubt the accuracy of these NR’s or are "meatless". We should ask for more facts on WWF and less speculation.Anyway, here is one email I recently received from MF when asked about the steps involved to accomplish the Mauritian project. ==============The following steps are being executed;1. Licence to build own and operate a 300,000 barrel per day oil refinery in Mauritania; (DONE).2. Secure crude oil supply for Mauritanian refinery; (UNDER CURRENT NEGOTIATION)3. Once crude oil supply is secure our Engineers can configure the refinery to optimize refinery economics based on the specific chemistry of the crude supply; (90 day process).4. Once refinery configuration is known components can be priced resulting in bankable feasibility report +/- 10%.

5. In the meantime Expressions of Interest are being solicited from sources of Project Finance
