Yeah everyone is whining about day traders, no NR. Give us an update so we know where we stand. Thats what got us in trouble before, Foley was telling us everytime he received a letter of interest etc etc etc and MRS gave us the dot for 4 months. This time MF is keeping his mouth shut until he has something signed. Just like Rigger said. If you dont like the way the deal is going then sell out and try something else. I day trade this stock but I also have a very substantial position and if I can sell 10000 shares at 20 cents and buy back 11000 shares at 18 cents then I end up being long an extra 1000 shares at no cost to me.  and if I can do this every two or three days I will end up with a lot more stock than I previously owned and it didnt cost me anything.
