now that you point it out i see the reply.  The whole post was tough to follow as usually there is the complaint and then the reply, instead of the reply and then the complaint.

 Why are you so quick to let the TSX off the hook.  Do you work for the TSX?  Do you think it was right that Mr. Kee was able to respond to a complaint directed to him or do you think it should have been taken care of by his superiors?
