It seems Algeria is set on making some waves with Refineries of their own. I remember Foley mentioning before how Winfield was active in 7 Arab States. I am thinking with their Geographical location, Foley is already in pursuit of Constructing in Algeria.
Algeria to invest $28bn in petrochemicals

Algeria's Oil Minister Chakib Khelil said the country plans to invest $28bn in petrochemical projects over the the next five years, reported Bloomberg. The investment is part of a plan to develop hydrocarbon- derived products, including refineries in the cities of Skikda and Arzew, located in the eastern and western parts of the country respectively, Khelil said.
