My guesses:

1. updating websites and profiles is tedious work, i know i hate doing it.

2. it was a licence, not a permit. but still the same what would the number benefit you? maybe it is #1? i don't know

3. You can't state what a directors relationship is with another company if you can't prove that he visits them, is on their payroll blah blah blah, you see where i am going with this? it is what caused all the grief back in august. sometimes you just have to keep your mouth shut and let people figure it out themselves. sometimes

good questions...

1. Why do we not see the new management team mentioned in the company profile since the NR was announcement over 2 months ago? We still see the same old team.... Very odd.... I know they are mentioned in the NR but its not the same as being listed in the company profile.

2. Why wasn't the permit number not included in the last NR? This would have been very beneficial in making it look more legit. I believe all permits are issued permit numbers. Quote me if I'm wrong.

3. Why did the last NR not contain the new director’s name and his relationship with KBC process technologies? I would think to repeat this info is not such a bad PR. move.

I'm not bashing here just confused.
