So if all this were true and somebody who c an finance 8 billions dollars for a refinery why wouldnt they buy 10000 shares of the company at .190 cents. And another million at .25 cents and another million at .45 cents. The kinda people who can afford that kinda financing are not stupid. Unless they think they get all the stock they want at .19 cents or less??? Hmmmmmmmmm
