I tend to agree with you JP05. However my feel is that  a signed refinery deal is worth a buck at least in the near term. 3 signed refinery deals however puts that much higher certainly past 5$ and with momentum who knows how high before an inevitable pull back. Fun to speculate but lets get the one deal done first then we will know exactly what its worth.
