Evolution or Revolution

So as of today, January 7, 2008, where are we, as shareholders, where do we stand today? Where have we been and which direction are we going?

On August 7, 2007 we were halted, we resumed trading again in December 2007, and STILL there seems to be a sense of indecision on Foley’s part?!? Give me a BREAK!!! To answer this, I will simply state we are in a state of evolution.

Where were we, and which direction are we going? WE were halted, and we waited to resume trading, and we are moving to state it plainly and simply. You wanted to resume trading and we’ve done just that. We opened at a low, lower than expected, but that was to be expected, wasn’t it? We have not had any NR’s since the CNR; no one really knows what’s going on!!!

From the e-mails that I’ve received I must state quite emphatically, that you haven’t given Foley a chance!!! You were ready for a revolution??? Lawsuits broken promises, what else, perhaps even productivity enhancement or embellishment? If you didn’t want in this stock you are free to sell, if you want in you are free to buy. This is after all a stock that either you love or your hate, and we’ve heard both sides already.

So I ask you again to look, re-examine your decision to stay or go. Are we currently in a state of evolution or are you ready for a revolution? You and only you can make that call. As a famous (maybe infamous now) singer stated, ‘should I stay or should I go’, you make the call, after all this is your money.
