(My personal views, and not like Michael Foley needs ME to defend him and his actions)
 
 
In the News Releases that Winfield Resources Ltd. (WWF) released in the last 12-18 months, Robert Michael Foley presented to the shareholders, information about the latest developments with WWF. 
 
The Clarification News Release (CNR) was released on December 21, 2007, where WWF clarified previous news releases. Foley re-stated the previous releases, but the fact still remains that Foley was working on several prospective deals and wanted to keep the shareholders abreast of the developments regarding WWF.
 
Did Foley lie and deliberately mislead the shareholders into believing a pie-in-the-sky stock while he sat around? No. In fact the previous news releases, Foley kept the shareholders very informed as to the contacts he established; again I stress contacts, not contracts that he and WWF entered into. Though such contacts and agreements may not been viewed as legal and binding contracts, the fact remains the CNR simply clarifies previous statements, not as some want you to believe as clarification to the previous over exaggerated, but simply a clarification. 
 
Today we find ourselves on the NEX after a transfer from the TSX.V.  The transfer to NEX, is a minor bump in the road, and has made a statement with the resounding volume alone in two days trading.
