NOC Libya to supply crude Oil To Winfield

An agreement has been reached in principle with national oil company (NOC) to supply Winfield with 300,000 barrels of crude oil per day for the company's proposed new oil refinery in the port of zarzis, tax free zone, Tunisia 350 Km west of Tripoli .

Winfield's management is to attend meeting later this month with the NOC to formalize the feedstock arrangement.
