I re-read Roy Rogers' earlier message after re-reading 99's [as in 'did I just read what I thought I read?']

The core of Roy's message as I read it is that it's a striking co-incidence that once the board started to unite on a course of action and hold MRS feet to the fire we had this red herring thrown into the mix with the effect of distracting the discussion...I think that Roy's use of the phrase FED up was not accidental.
