Regarding the speculation about forced selling/freezing of Anwar's stock/options I would have thought there would have had to be an injunction or something to do that, with a Supreme Court file open. I don't know much about these things - maybe it is done through the stock market regulators instead? Anyway I searched the BC courts to see if there were any recent cases against Anwar or his company and there is nothing recent (see below) . So maybe this does not come into the reason why we are still waiting. Just a thought. I searched Winfield also and there is nothing since 1998 for them (I would have thought they would have been plaintiff if they were suing for an injunction.)
