Ian, I have to hand it to you, if I didn't know any better, I would think that you had a legal background or something along those lines.  I took the liberty to "correct" a few minor points.  I hope you don't mind. They are in BOLD letters.  Again, my hat is off to you.

Dear Sir or Madame

I have a previously filed complaint with you on the company in question, Winfield Resources Ltd (Winfield). While I have never received a response from you regarding that complaint, it’s not surprising to read your glowing review of the MRS organization and its inner workings, on your website. But I digress, for us, the great unwashed shareholders of Winfield; the time has come for answers. Not the predictable, trite, pat on the head, sycophantic answers. But the real, just, and true situation as it pertains to our hard earned, invested capital.

As a Canadian citizen, I DESERVE and am owed a complete, compiled, and logical explanation of the situation. To think, my father, a World War 2 veteran, would fight and see comrades die beside him for OUR RIGHTS as a FREE society, made a completely wasted effort, is highly offensive to me.

No need to send a patent response back to me. If you have nothing to say, then ignore me like you did the first time I filed an "official" complaint that you took "very seriously". I would rather have you say nothing, and prove the outdated, outmoded usefulness of your organization, than attempt say something of usefulness, and remove all doubt.

But be reminded, as a servant of the crown, with me/us being the crown. That there are remediances (remedies) available to me. So please govern yourself accordingly.
